“Tetap bioskop masih tetap unggul karena raih imej tapi kehadiran OTT adalah lahan baru dan menarik melahirkan banyak inovasi. Brand harus besar tidak hanya OTTnya tapi juga sudah dikenal luas, tantangannya masih besar yang suka gratisan sehingga subsidi masih dilakukan oleh MD. Saya tidak pro ke OTT tapi ini adalah alternatif baru dan the next TV, bioskop tetap prioritas,” papar Manoj yang mengaku kangen bioskop buka lagi.

 

Ia tambahkan bioskop tak tergantikan karena experience yang ditawarkannya. Ia memilah-milih produk. Jangan kill or be killed tapi live and let live.

“Impian WeTV sesuai visi misi ingin mengantar film Indonesia ke dunia tidak hanya penonton Indonesia. WeTV ingin industri perfilman nasional dibangkitkan dulu melalui oppurtunity OTT dari webseries ke film saat bioskop masih tutup. Jadi senang sekali bisa bekerjasama dengan PH-PH lainnya, ” paparnya lugas.

 

“PFN menjadi katalis pertumbuhan industri perfilman & industri konten Indonesia termasuk sentra pembiayaan industri film dengan banyak kerjasama seperti Telkom Group untuk start up. Saya garisbawahi film yang dibiayai PFN itu harus punya nilai sosial bagi Indonesia dan saat ini masih berproses,” ucap Judith semangat tadi siang, Jumat (20/8).

Mengawali Ketua Panitia FFWI, Wina Armada Sukardi mengingatkan peran penting wartawan dalam perkembangan industri film Indonesia sampai pandemi ini dengan webinar ini menjadi bahan pemberitaan jelang perhelatan FFWI.
