Dalam Musda yang dibuka oleh Bupati Tegal Umi Azizah tersebut, Imam Joend kembali terpilih secara aklamasi menjadi Ketua DKKT.

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Tegal Umi Azizah mengharapkan, pelaku seni tetap berkarya dalam situasi apapun. ”Peran pelaku seni, terutama pada masa-masa pandemi sangat berharga bagi jalannya pemerintahan,” kata Umi Azizah.

 

Lebih lanjut, Umi Azizah menerangkan, pihaknya sangat terbantu dengan keberadaan pelaku seni dalam penanganan Covid-19. ”Di mana saat ada pembatasan kegiatan, pelaku seni ikut mendukung dengan berkegiatan yang kreatif memanfaatkan teknologi digital,” terangnya.

 

Menurut Umi Azizah, ke depan untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan kesenian pihaknya mengharapkan ada kominikasi yang produktif sehingga Pemkab Tegal bisa mendukung demi kemajuan seni di Kabupaten Tegal.

 

”Bangun komunikasi yang baik. Dengan demikian, kami akan mendukung apa yang menjadi kebutuhan pelaku seni yang tentu saja dalam batas kemampuan anggaran yang dimiliki Pemkab,” tegasnya.

 

Sementara itu, Imam Joend menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban sejumlah kegiatan DKKT yang telah digelar dalam Musda Dewan Kesenian kali ini.

 

Menurut Imam Joend, meski tidak mendapatkan dana hibah dari Pemkab Tegal, namun DKKT telah menyelenggarakan kegiatan baik sebelum maupun di masa pandemi. ”Beberapa kegiatan kita gelar dengan streaming karena memang saatnya lagi masa pandemi,”katanya.

 

Dikatakan oleh Imam Joend, meski tidak mendapatkan hibah namun DKKT telah menyelenggarakan kegiatan baik secara swadaya maupun bekerja sama dengan pihak lain.

 

Usai terpilih, Imam Joend meminta komitmen dari komite-komite di bawah naungan DKKT untuk tetap kompak dan konsisten menjaga eksistensi seni di Kabupaten Tegal.
