Komisi VI DPR Tetapkan 9 Anggota Terpilih KPPU; Termasuk Budi Joyo Santoso, Wong Tegal

KabareTegal – Akhirnya, Komisi VI DPR RI menetapkan sembilan anggota terpilih Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) Periode 2023-2028. Penetapan itu dilakukan dalam rapat intern yang digelar di ruang rapat Komisi VI DPR RI, Gedung Nusantara I, Senayan, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis (23/11/2023).

 

“Sudah ditetapkan, sudah,” ujar Wakil Ketua Komisi VI DPR RI dari Fraksi Partai Golongan Karya Muhammad Sarmuji kepada wartawan, beberapa waktu yang lalu.

 

Menurut Sarmuji, penetapan sembilan anggota terpilih KPPU periode 2023-2028 tidak dilakukan melalui pemungutan suara alias voting.

 

“Setiap fraksi masing-masing mengusulkan lalu direkap suaranya. Jadi tidak sampai voting,” kata Sarmuji.

 

Lebih lanjut, Sarmuji mengatakan kalau Rapat Paripurna DPR RI dengan agenda laporan Komisi VI DPR RI terhadap hasil Uji Kelayakan (Fit and Propert test) Calon Anggota KPPU periode 2023-2028 dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan keputusan akan digelar pada 5 Desember 2023.

 

Berikut adalah sembilan anggota terpilih KPPU periode 2023-2028 (tidak berdasarkan perolehan suara):

 

  1. M. Fanshurullah Asa
  2. Aru Armando
  3. Rhido Jusmadi
  4. Gopprera Panggabean
  5. Hilman Pujana
  6. Moh Noor Rofieq
  7. Mohammad Reza
  8. Eugenia Mardanugraha
  9. Budi Joyo Santoso

Perlu diketahui, dari kesembilan nama tersebut, terdapat nama Budi Joyo Santoso adalah putra kelahiran Tegal.

 

Rekam jejak lelaki kelahiran Tegal, 28 Apri 1967 ini memang patut diperhitungkan dengan segudang pengalaman, antara lain: pernah menjabat jadi Penasihat Pratama (Se-level Direktur), Kadiv.Perhitungan dan Verifikasi Premi, Kadiv. Rekonsiliasi Premi dan Laporan, Kepala Bidang Kesekretariatan, Pelaksana Likuidasi Bank, di LPS (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).

 

Suami dari Sri Pujiyatiningsih dan ayah dari tiga anak; Humam Abdul Haq, Sarah Nur Nafisah dan Rizky B.Reynaldi ini menempuh pendidikan di SD Negeri Depok, Pangkah,Tegal, Jawa Tengah. SMP Negeri Pangkah, Tegal, Jawa Tengah. SMA Negeri 2 Slawi, Tegal, Jawa Tengah.  STAN (Sekolah Teknik Akuntasi Negara) lulus tahun 1988, kemudian S1 di Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak (1997) dan S2 di STIE-IPWI, Jakarta (2000).

 

Prestasi dalam pekerjaannya, antara lain, ia mendapatkan reward kenaikan pangkat dua tingkat sekaligus dari Ketua Dewan Komisioner LPS atas prestasi di angka 1. Ia berhasil mengatasi inharmonisasi peraturan antar otoritas, yaitu OJK dan LPS, dalam menyikapi produk Perbankan berupa Sertifikat Deposito. OJK memberlakukan sebagai investasi dan LPS memberlakukan sebagai Simpanan (sesuai pasal 10 UU No.24 tahun 2004). Setelah berjuang sekitar 6 bulan, akhirnya terbit Peraturan OJK Nomor 10/POJK.03/2015 tentang Penerbitan Sertifikat Deposito oleh Bank, dimana dinyatakan bahwa sertfikat Deposito adalah Simpanan. POJK ini mengatasi kebingungan industri Perbankan dimana ditegaskan bahwa sertifikat Deposito adalah Simpanan (bukan Investasi). LPS mendapatkan tambahan premi yang signifikan dari POJK ini, sekitar Rp 10 miliar per tahun.

 

Ia meraih Penghargaan Satyalancana Karya Satya 10 Tahun Tingkat Nasional dari Presiden RI (2003), dan Penghargaan Satyalancana Karya Satya 20 Tahun Tingkat Nasional dari Presiden RI (2007).

 

Atas terpilihnya Budi Joyo Santoso jadi anggota KPPU, Ketua Umum Ikatan Keluarga Besar Tegal Bahari-Ayu (IKBT BA) DR. Tafakurrozak, MH., secara khusus memberikan ucapan, “Selamat dan sukses Mas Budi Joyo Santoso yang telah terpilih menjadi anggota KPPU. Semoga Amanah dan Barokah menjadi anggota KPPU.”
