Dewan Minta Citiy Walk Ahmad Yani Ditunda, Sekda: Kita Kembalikan ke Wali Kota

KabareTegal – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPRD) Kota Tegal dalam rapat pimpinan yang digelar Senin (4/10/21) sepakat untuk memberikan rekomendasi ke Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Tegal untuk menunda proyek City Walk Ahmad Yani.

DPRD Kota Tegal memutuskan rekomendasi penundaan proyek ‘Malioboro’ tersebut dengan beberapa pertimbangan, diantaranya terkait dengan studi kelayakan dan keberatan dari masyarakat terutama pedagang dan penghuni di Jalan Ahmad Yani Kota Tegal.

“Sehingga kami berkesimpulan agar dilakukan penundaan proyek sambil menunggu pemenuhan dari berbagai aspek agar pembangunan tidak salah,” kata Ketua DPRD Kota Tegal Kusnendro usai rapat pimpinan, Senin (4/10/21).

Menanggapi rekomendasi tersebut, Sekretrasi Daerah (Sekda) Kota Tegal Johardi mengatakan bahwa pekerjaan proyek ‘Malioboro’ masih berjalan hingga ada keputusan lebih lanjut dari Wali Kota Tegal.

“Kita akan berkoordinasi lebih intens lagi karena perencanaan yang sudah dilaksanakan Pemkot sudah sesuai. Namun kalau keputusan soal itu (rekomendasi DPRD) kita kembalikan ke Pak Wali Kota,” kata Johardi seperti dikutip dari Panturapost, Selasa (5/10/21).

Diberitakan sebelumnya pedagang di Jalan Ahmad Yani berjumlah 49 pedagang direlokasi ke dua tempat berbeda, 31 pedagang direlokasi ke Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto dan 18 pedagang direlokasi ke Jalan Setia Budi.[]
