Sidang dengan agenda pembacaan permohonan Para Pemohon itu dipimpin oleh hakim tunggal Endra Hermawan SH MH. Dari pihak Pemohon hadir secara keseluruhan, yaitu Gugatan Pra Peradilan diajukan oleh 4 pemohon yakni Ketua umum Lembaga Kerukunan Masyarakat Abdi Keadilan Indonesia ( KEMAKI) Marselinus Edwin Hardhian SH, Sekretaris Umum KEMAKI, Roberto Bellarmino Raynaldy Hardhian, Miftachudin Kopral, Ketua LSM Aliansi Masyarakat Untuk Keadilan ( AMUK) Komarraenudin dan Edi Kurniawan Fitrianto.
Sementara itu, dari pihak Termohon dihadiri oleh Kasi Pidana Khusus dan Kasi Datun Kejari Tegal.
Dalam keterangannya kepada sejumlah wartawan, usai sidang, Pemohon Miftahudin Kopral, mengatakan, Satgas Tipikor Kejari tidak konsisten dalam melakukan tahapan pengusutan terhadap hasil temuannya yaitu dugaan korupsi terhadap dana CSR PDAM yang rencananya untuk peggulangan covid 19 di Kota Tegal.
“Di dalam ekspose gelar perkara , Kajari menyebutkan , terkait dengan dana CSR PDAM yang melibatkan peran serta Kepala Daerah itu dikatakan ada perbuatan melawan hukum, ada dugaan tindak pidana korupsi, ada saksi saksi yang sudah diperiksa dalam penyidikan Kejaksaan.
